Getting Started with… Adapting Open Educational Resources (OER) Online
Want to adapt an existing Open Educational Resource (OER) but not sure where to start? In this 45-minute workshop RD Polytechnic librarians will help you identify whether an existing resource can be adapted, share the possible editing tools available, and introduce how to attribute adapted resources.
After this workshop, you will be able to:
- Identify Creative Commons licenses that allow for adaption
- Identify a variety of possible editing tools for adapting existing resources
- Demonstrate the process of providing attribution
This workshop will be HyFlex, so you are welcome to attend in-person in the Library Lab (1006R) or online at https://ca.bbcollab.com/guest/db0e9d62406449edabeba1f16e55eed8
