Wellness Wednesday Workshop: Overcoming Test Anxiety
Many students experience nervousness or apprehension before, during, or after an exam. Participants will learn to recognize signs and symptoms of anxiety, as well as learn strategies to better cope with the emotional distress and physical tension that accompanies it.
