This drop in session is for tech help and support. No appointment required and all students are welcome. The drop in session will be in the Tutoring Centre (room 2006G, second floor of the Library).

The Tech Support Tutor can help with the following:

• Navigating Blackboard, The Loop, and MS Office 365 (includes Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and excel). 
• Guidance with email sites, Google Drive, RDP's main site, or the Library website.
• Guidance with navigating art, media, and related softwares such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Media Encoder, etc.) and other related softwares (video editing, 3D, etc.).
• General technological support, software navigation, and problem solving.
