Conducting Open-Source Due-Diligence Online Workshop
Workshop Organizer: Government of Canada's Research Security Centre
Purpose: This module provides an overview of open-source due-diligence techniques for researchers to use when evaluating the risks related to their potential partners. The outcome of this module will enhance researchers’ ability to find relevant information using open-source methods.
Learning Outcomes:
- Find relevant information using open-source methods
- Frame that information in a way that is analytical useful for those who are new to thinking about security, and
- Protect themselves during their searches.
