Staff & Faculty | Students in Distress & KEYS Lunch & Learn Online

This presentation equips post-secondary faculty and staff with practical tools to recognize, respond, refer, and reflect when supporting students in distress, including those who disclose experiences of sexual or gender-based violence. Using the 4R model, participants will learn how to identify signs of distress, engage with empathy and boundaries, connect students to appropriate campus and community resources, and reflect on their own role and well-being in these interactions. The session emphasizes the importance of creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

This Lunch & Learn is for staff and faculty.
